“The Cairns Convention Centre was delighted to discover Aboriginal Steel Art as a source for client gifts. Providing locally made items that also reflect our stunning Region is of utmost importance in our selection.

We commissioned Wayne McGinness to produce 40 turtles to take overseas which were needed in a short time-frame. The beautiful turtles were delivered on time and ready to present as a treasured gift.

The feedback we have received from both our European and North American clients has been outstanding. The turtle is a constant reminder of their meeting with the Convention Centre and gives them a small connection to the Great Barrier Reef and our Region.”
